Haven't ran it yet. But upon opening the box, i noticed some dents and chipped paint. There is also oil residue present. The dents and paint most likely happened during shipping. The oil is my main concern hopefully its nothing and everything runs as supposed to.

Love the remote start

I bought this to protect my family from PG&E power outages because we have medical equipment that we can't live without and an over packed freezer that has to stay cold.

bought this on 12/9/21. delivered on 01/04/2022. had a storm on 01/07/2022. 1st time used ran great. easy to assemble.directions straight forword and easy to understand. powered entire house.

I am very impressed by the build quality of this generator and by the range of features, especially the electric start (including remote start option). The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow, so setting up the generator and firing it up were very straightforward. I use it as a back-up in the event of power outages, and it is more than powerful enough for this purpose.
