First generator failed after 18 hours. Called Westinghouse and they told me to take it to a local Northern Tool to have it repaired under warranty. Unfortunately this was after a big storm and when I called Northern Tool, they informed me they were not taking other brand generators in for repair except their house brand. So I figured I would wait a few months as I did not need it. Westinghouse called me to see how the repair went, I informed them I was not able to have it repaired right away, so they shipped me a new one and picked up the old one at no charge. Going to break in the new generator this weekend and hope it gets me thru the next storm. But overall, it has nice features, looks good and easy to setup/use.

Living in New England generator is necessary to get through the many power outages during the winter months. This powers all the key items in the house for a family of 5. Push button start or starting with a remote control is a real difference maker.

We often lose power and I wanted something easy for my wife to be able to use if I wasn't home. So easy to use and the ability to start and stop without having to go outside is a plus!

I can't believe how easy generator starts.

I use generator as a back up to power failures. It's easy to store because of it's size. I can start and stop generator using the remote and I'll use this feature often to ensure all is proper before major storms.
