Should power everything I need if another hurricane knocks out local power for an extended period. Unit is compact for storage and easy to move around. Hope I never need it but glad I have it.

I haven't had a chance to test it out yet but by first appearance it is well made. Assembly, what little there was which is a bonus, was very easy and under 5 minutes. I'm coming from a 20 year old generator so this has LOTS of bells and whistles that my old one didn't have. It was packaged very well, no damage that I can see and carton was in fairly pristine shape so I don't think it saw much abuse during shipping. Hopefully i never have to test out the warranty since the closest repair place to me is quite far, hopefully they'll send me the parts to repair myself if that happens.

The w Gen 7500 came within 3 or 4 days. Off loaded via power tailgate and left at my driveway. I was able to put the wheels on by myself in about two minutes. Then I was able to manually transport it to my garage and charge the battery. It has great ballance and moves easily. Have not used the unit and can not speak to the longevity or it's dependability at this point but it ships quick and has 7500/9500 W power with a key fob remote start/stop. Not sure the fob will be useful to start since you need the on off switch in the on position. That will cause the timer to run as if the unit is running even though you may not have it running. I also expect that will draw from the battery. So, I think the remote fob will end up being a shut off tool but then your timer will continue to run and draw from your battery. So, I'm not sure how useful it will be. But it was included and not extra so we will see if it can be incorporated.

Model # DGLG9250R Serial # 07512A07794400144 I am very happy with my purchase. Especially the convenience of the remote control, the quietness of the generator. The one change I would like is a short connector with the muffler so I could add a long pipe extension so I could keep the generator in the garage and extend the exhaust through the door to the outside.
