Love the remote start function. Runs fairly quiet compared to my older one. Bonus feature was the included trickle charger that plugs right in. Awesome features in this generator including hours run time tracker.

I would like to give this generator 5 stars, as it is very well built, started right up the first time and looks great, but it does not generate power and after troubleshooting it for several hours I am going to have to bring it in for service. After it's repaired I will reevaluate it and add some stars...possibly bringing it up to 5 stars. While I do expect brand new items to work out of the box, I understand that nothing can be perfect and I am certainly in the very small minority in getting a DOA generator. The only thing that irritates me is that I am now going to have to drive about 30 miles to the nearest authorized service center and waste my time and money to drop this generator off for repair and then do the same when it's ready to be picked up. It would be nice if Westinghouse offered something to me, maybe a free power cord etc. (hint hint), to make up for my loss of time and expense in driving so far!
