So far so good. I've only owned it a week but I've already put it through its break in period so it'll be good to go when I need it. Assembly was very basic. Put wheels on, front feet, then add oil and fuel. Then I charged the battery which only took 5 minutes because it was fully charged. Hit the remote start and fired right up. I have to say for the size generator this is, it's pretty quiet. I have a 7000 watt generator that was made in 98 and this new Westinghouse is atleast 10dbs quieter. It sounds like a small engine running outside my shop with the doors closed. Can have a conversation beside it without having to scream. It's not an inverter gemerator so don't expect it to be super quiet but your neighbors won't mind this.

Had a power outage and was informed it would be over 50 hours until power would be restored?! Needed a generator fast. After researching and price checking on my dying phone I found my Westinghouse WGen 7500 cheaper than I was finding smaller 5500w units. Later was informed by my Dad that this unit will power way more than what we needed for essentials! Great buy!

This is a great generator with all the features that you need. Over the years I have owned several generators and this is by-far the best on the market. Multiple ways to start it including the key fob (a very handy feature).
