Generator and parts arrived in excellent condition. Easy to assemble. Generator started easily. Needed to change plug from my services, very easily done. After reading directions (many times), Voltage Selector switch needed to be set on 240 volts to operate on my service, thinking it had only to be on 120 volts. Contacted my electrician and he verified setting was correct because he had installed same generator earlier.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought this and hope we never need it but we are so glad that if we do it is a Westinghouse product so we know we can count on quality!!
