We researched portable generators online, and decided on Westinghouse based on the products rating and company reputation. We have not yet used the generator, and hopefully will not have a storm related power outage that necessitates it. But we are confident that this generator will take care of our needs should the occasion arise. When the product arrived, it was well packed, undamaged and very easy to assemble.

Awesome Generator, Bad Shipping

I received this generator, works great, the only issue I had is the frame was bent when I received it. It didn't affect the way it runs, but I was unable to lower the handle all the way down. I disassembled the generator, and once I had everything removed from the frame, I straightened it. After reassembly, it still works great.

Easy Access to All Components

The best thing that i found overall about it, was how well written and thorough and precise the manual is. Without that, i most likely would have shortened the units overall life spand.
