I bought this a 3 weeks ago.. the price and the size was just what I was looking for ..enough to run my furnace when storms knock out the power...small enough to set in my storage space

I was very satisfied with the product. Unpacking, I had found all documentation, owners manual, warrantee information, etc. Set-up was simple, straight forward, everything worked as it should.

Just started this generator a few times.

I only recently bought and started this generator. Although it seems to run fine, I'm very disappointed in how many times I had to manually pull the start mechanism chord. In the 5 times that I started it, it took from 4 to 8 pulls to start. That's a problem and not good enough. As for the Average rating I gave, it's much too early in my usage of this generator to really give any rating.
