Received this as a Christmas gift and just in time also! A week after Christmas my power went out and this generator saved my fish and corals. Great product!

Nicely powered and efficient

I chose this generator over other models because of the cost-to-power ratio, and decent gas efficiency as well. I expected it to be louder than it was, but pleasantly surprised it was less-than obnoxious. Definitely recommend buying the L14 cord in order to get the full 40A worth of power @120V into your house. My only negative is the 120/240V selector switch is one-way - can only use the L14 plug at 240V, and only use the other plugs at 120V (thought they would all be available - oh well). I had no trouble getting it started (test run before a coming ice storm). Hasn’t been through a long-term run yet, but anticipate it performing well. Satisfied so far.

Just what I was looking for.

The 1st generator send out was damaged in shipping. I contacted Westinghouse and it was fairly easy get it all together to return. The day the shipping company picked up the damaged one the new one shipped. It did take a little while for the replacement to get to me due to bad weather delay. The new one fired right up and is just what I needed.

Easy to start

I bought one and it would not start. After some back and forth with the westinghouse people trying to troubleshoot I ended up sending it back and getting another delivered. The new one started on the second pull.
