Easy to use for a layman

We just bought this portable generator and it is our first one ever. We found it easy to operate and understand. It is light enough to carry up the 14 stairs of our beach house for my husband and myself. We feel more secure should we lose power again this winter.

Started right up when in need after losing power !

Fuel efficiency was great 8+ hours on first tank of fuel .Ran our fridge and heat as needed plus lights and gas stove !

Seems to be a good product however it arrived with damage to the crank cover. It was bent in and I had to pull it out to be able to check the crank. I will be contacting manufacturer to report this and ask for replacement part. I will review further after this request is made.

I bought this in August, 2021. I used for several days during a power outage. I found it a little quieter than other generators and good on gas. I found the pull start difficult due to having to pull the rope a long way before it would start. An electric start option would solve the problem.
