during power outages this generator will keep my refrigerator and freezer in service to protect my expensive frozen food .

Generator arrived with the handle grips damaged. I notified the company and they promptly sent me a new handle with new bolts.
Only took a minute to change.
Very satisfied and generator runs great.

Bought this during the tax free Florida hurricane preparedness. I also own a small quiet series generator as well. This was a no brainer. Amazing products.
