Everything arrived in pristine condition and eco-friendly packaging. Easy to set and get going. Only issue I noticed: the quick start guide does not instruce one to open the (gasoline) fuel valve, which arrives closed. Slightly less running watts than our previous generator, but if that means it'll consume gas slower, then that'll be just fine with me. This is our first dual-fuel generator. Last hurricane we ran low on gas and had to hunt some down yet had two containers of propane the entire time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great generator runs super quiet, got it for deer camp and camping in primitive areas with no power. I am doing my break in period now and I love it.
