Recoil won’t pull

Took generator out of box.I set it up per directions and the Recoil won’t pull.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy Setup

This generator is quick to set up. I set fuel to on, turned on the battery switch, held the start button for a second and it started right up after about 5 seconds or so. I let it run for a few minutes and decided to go in my house and shut it off with the remote and it shut right down. I love this feature.

Just started it up for the first time. It started easily, although the engine surged at first, now it seems to be smoothing out.

I bought this generator last December and it is the perfect size for my home and plenty of power if I take it anywhere else. Westinghouse is trusted name in the power industry and their products reflect that. Excellent product.
