Bought before ice storm. Was easy to use. We purchased the one with an easy start switch. Worked great. Living in the country, glad to have backup power.

This generator was easy to put together and stores well. I like the push-button start but was impressed with the remote start. There are multiple outlet choices. Perfect size for my needs.

We purchased this generator last fall in case of a power outage in the future. We just took it out of the box and set it up. The instructions were easy to read and follow, and set up was simple. The tools were even included. I recommend this generator.

We bought unit (serial number 53FO823B2734) on 11-11-23 which did not produce power.
Westinghouse replaced that unit with this one which seems to be running fine as we have tested it and are breaking it in. Please update your records to show new serial # 53DO723B304. We did not receive the cover yet. Please send that.
