I purchased the generator just days before a very hard and extended freeze in our area. On the very day that I did the preoperation service on the unit our electricity went out. I was ready! I followed the instructions and pulled the rope. It started immediately. We plugged a light and a heater into it and never felt the effects of the outage. I am quite satisfied!

Generator runs good, but electric start will not turn on even after charging. Manual start works fine.

I bought this just in time to give peace of mind from power outages before Buffalo's first winter storm. I was impressed with the remote starter switch and ease of operation.
