Good Quality and Design

I have a larger WGen9500c that is 1 year old and doing well that is used for a remote well pump to water horses. I moved this model to my house as a whole house backup generator and now using the WGen5300sc to pump the horse water.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this for hurricane season and unexpectedly needed it 3 months later when the power was out for a week due to Hurricane Beryl. Worked great no thanks to the instruction manuel. If I had any mechanical knowledge I would have known it there was inaccurate steps, but it took usage and the internet to make me realize what was wrong. Knowing what I am doing now makes it a very nice generator for what we need. Highly recommended.

Perfect Generator for our Camper!

This generator has been awesome for camping in our fifth wheel! It has always run great from the very start and it's really not that loud.. we highly recommend this unit - the price is fair and it's a really great product and very well built. We will also use this generator if the power ever goes out at the house!

Setup has been easy, and the instructions were very clear. We purchased the generator as a backup for our house, so I hope to not need it too often. I appreciate the recommendations included about how to keep things maintained and ready to go, even if the generator is in storage for several months at a time.
