I have yet to have to use it but set up was easy. Piece of mind to know that if power goes out you have a generator.

Having difficulty starting. Everthing is set to go, but I can't get it started. Im sure it's just a glitch.

I bought this 3 months ago. Just put together and can’t get it started. Not happy! Will have to call company on Monday. Storm is coming our way. Hope I can get it to start.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy Setup

I bought this WGen5300 yesterday which was one week after Hurricane Helene hit the upstate of South Carolina. We were without power for 5 days and had to rely on borrowed generators from family members. I have completed putting the parts together and the instructions were very thorough and correct. I have read the instructions and find them easy to understand. I am very confident that I will be ready for the next power outage. I have complete confidence in the operation of this generator.
