I bought this less than a month ago. It was an easy set up. Unfortunately the pull cord is useless, it comes out of the spool every time since took it out of the box.

A work horse!

My husband said "This is a work horse." The start button makes it easy enough for me to turn on our generator. The entire size is compact and fits on four 16x16 patio blocks. This now gives us life security for the next storm!

Verdict is still out

Husband tried to start it, but hasn't had any luck so far. He checked the spark plug, but isn't getting any fire. Will call the 800 number for help if it still wont start.

Just in time for the blizzard!

I bought this a week before the blizzard and I'm glad I did, as we did lose power. I was able to plug my boiler into it and so the heat stayed on. I do plan to get a transfer switch installed.
