Stopped working

Engine sputtered and stopped during the initial one-hour break-in period. I'm waiting for a call-back from support. I like the features but can't recommend it yet.

Out of the box I could tell that this unit is well-made and well put together. Fired up on the first pull and purred like a kitten. So far I’m very pleased.

Shipped in perfect condition. Filled it with gas and oil, and it started up on the first pull. I'm very impressed with all of it, from the low price, to the care in packaging / shipping, to the obvious quality of the generator, and all the owner's literature that comes with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just in case

I bought this generator one week ago to use for power outages, delivery packaging was not damaged in anyway, easy to assemble, added the oil that came with it, put in gas and pull the cord several times and nothing. Key Point : push the “on” switch, started right up and ran great. Now just waiting for the power outage!!!

I am very very pleased with this purchase, great price and features for a generator of this size, added the oil and gas when I received it, two pulls and it fired right up, I would reccomend this generator to anyone for the size and price!!
