Works fine, I like the electric start

The product works great, my only complaint is that the oil fill port is hard to see and access. I had to lie flat on the ground to get the plug back in.

I purchased this as an emergency power source for my home during hurricane season. It's a great value and provides plenty of capacity. I also purchased the L5-30 30amp distribution cord in order to maximize the output. Highly recommend.

Engine sputtered and stopped during the initial one-hour break-in period. I'm waiting for a call-back from support. I like the features but can't recommend it yet.

Solid unit for the money.

Out of the box I could tell that this unit is well-made and well put together. Fired up on the first pull and purred like a kitten. So far I’m very pleased.

Shipped in perfect condition. Filled it with gas and oil, and it started up on the first pull. I'm very impressed with all of it, from the low price, to the care in packaging / shipping, to the obvious quality of the generator, and all the owner's literature that comes with it.
