Just bought the generator but I am well pleased so far. The funnel for putting in the oil could be a little longer. A little aggravating to get the oil in without spilling.

Light weight with enough power to run an 8 circuit transfer switch with boost pump, HVAC heater, refrigerator and a lot of lights.

I have been shopping for a 5K generator for over a month and looked at several brands and models. The Westinghouse WGen series are by far some of the most well built I've seen. I bought the WGen5300sc. Put oil and gas in it, I started on the second pull. The frame construction is heavy duty. The components are mounted securely and the wiring is neat and tidy. Overall it shows great craftsmanship. While I've not used it much the craftsmanship of the generator leaves me confident it is a dependable unit.
