I did a lot of research on a generator that would meet my needs. I was very happy with the price. It was below other generators that were of lesser quality. I was surprised how quiet it is. I really expected it to be louder. It was easy to set up. And it started easily.

I bought this generator in preparation for storm season. I've never owned a generator and everything I've heard about them made me nervous to buy. However, the clear and concise instructions accompanied with the ease of operating this equipment has given me and my family the confidence to go beyond an emergency response and even wheel it around for weekend jobs.

Efficiency and ease of operation.

The generator fills my needs and operates very quietly.
I am 77 years old and putting oil in it was a chore for me because of the location of the oil fill port. I had to get my son to put the oil in for me but from that point on things went smoothly.
I recommend that a model for seniors be made available that is set in a taller frame to make it easier for us old folks that have trouble getting up and down to service it.

Great Design, Layout and Size

I haven't had to use my WGen5300s but I have serviced it, started it and ran it for a few minutes. No problems. I'm confident that it will supply all of the published power/wattage to meet my future needs/
