Brand new, seems like a quality item, but giving 4-stars because it did not start on first pull either time I have started it.

Bought this a couple months ago. Started right up. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is bc there was oil residue all over the box where they drained it for shipping and I haven’t had to really put it to the rest yet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Serves its purpose... its loud lol and the gas gage doesn't work properly shows only 3/4 tank when completely full

We've only had this a month and so far things are going well. It was very easy to put together and get it up and running. I'm glad I read the directions because I almost just stored it away and then realized there is a burn in period, so read the manual. But we are happy with the purchase so far!
