I just purchased this generator due to recent power failure from a storm I had borrowed a smaller generator to save our food in the refrigerator and this one is quieter than the smaller one. No problems at this time starts and runs fine. I love the electric start.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The concise instructions provided made the generator easy to assemble and service prior to first use. It starts easily, does not run rough and isn't unbearably loud.

Great power, very sturdy

During the last huricane, I lost power for 2 days. I began to shop for a generator and found this one. Good power, easy assembly (just wheels and legs), very sturdy.

I bought it one week ago and did the test run.
Pro: smooth running, good fuel consumption rate
Con: Front foot to frame attaching bolts/nuts are missing in the package, it seems much louder than the 68DB specified.

The instructions were very easy to understand. The assembly only took me a short period time. Had to use it within two weeks of purchase and I were so surprised about the functionality. I have a moderate size house and I was able to power our refrigerator, freezer, A few other household items, and the neighbors refrigerator. I’m so glad that I purchased this product and I have recommended it to other people.
