Supereasy set-up and start-up

Assembly was quick. Pull-start worked on first attempt. Runs more quietly than any generator I have had. Doesn't strain under load. Will hopefully provide us with back-up power for many years to come. Great Product! (New England power outages are frequent. This summer we were without power for 9 days after Tropical Storm Isaias.)

New purchase for lost power

I received my new WGen5300s Westinghouse generator this week. After installing the feet and wheels, adding oil and gas, and connecting the battery, it started on the first attempt. After some electrical work on my home was completed, this generator powered my entire home. This will be helpful for us since we live in a rural community with lots of trees. The last storm we had, our power was off for almost a whole day. We lost most of the food in our refrigerator. This generator will pay for itself if we have several outages. The directions are very well written and helpful.

I am inexperienced in Generator use so, I was pleasantly surprised with the simplicity of operation of this hi-tech generator product by Westinghouse . It has met all my expectations and needs for emergency power .
