Just received on Dec 7, 2020. Easy directions. Neighbor helped me get wheels on and put in oil and gas. Started up immediately. One small dent in frame on the generator but it works just fine. Have not had to use it yet because of power outage but am very confident that the generator will work fine in my time of need. Thank you for a great product.

Life Saver

I ordered this generator about a month before our first storm hit. We live in Maine and we can lose power for a decent period of time. Wow, what a lifesaver. I had filled it with oil and ran it for the hour without a load. When the storm hit we were ready. The generator had to run for almost 3 straight days. It ran our tv, small fridge, sump pump and basic lights. We also were able to switch from our sump pump to well jet pump when needed. This product was exceptional. Ran without a hitch and provided the power we needed, for an extended period of time. We allowed a few cooldown periods to refuel and were right back to having power.

My First Generator

Occasionally in South Carolina we have heavy ice storms and even a heavy snow, resulting in power outages. I've never owned a generator but decided it was time to purchase one. This Westinghouse is ruggedly built and has the capacity to handle all the appliance needs I will plug into it.
