This an awesome whole home generator

Partial assembly with wheels and feet was very easy, Added oil and fuel and started up for break-in period, It started up on very first pull. No kidding. Yeah, I was surprised. Was also quieter than I expected. I am now ready for the next power outage. This is an awesome generator and I would recommend this to anyone. Thumbs up to Westinghouse.

Quiet and powerful

Just moved to Northern Colorado and realized a generator is a must have for winter! Arrived via UPS in a box that looked like it went through a war, but all was well once I unboxed it. Solid and well built, my only complaint was that the battery arrived dead and I had to manual start to check operation. Once I did get it started, it purred like a cat. Quiet and no sputtering or hiccups when I applied a load. Overall I'd give it 4 stars (would have been 5 if not for the dead battery).

I bought for potential winter weather power interruptions. I haven't needed to use it so far, but the instructions were detailed but easy to understand. Set up was easy and it worked well.

I give it a 5 but after broken I have carb trouble are fuel trouble the gen was ok 25hour brake in trouble started after .I was getting it ready for snow storm I work with it 3 day before I call hot line the rep I talk to was very helpful and understanding offer 2or3way he could help he understudevjust what I was going through .hoping that the elect won’t go out before I can take it to a service center that was my choice the rep said he would do what ever I wonted my choice was that it was just one of those thing that happen we will get it all taken care of soon it wasn’t the gen it self just the small fuel problem I won’t to thank the rep for his help he very kind and helpful he understudy and know just what I was going through so no problem with me just one of those thing ! Thanks again William j Rhodes I love the generator just wish I would have brought a elect start thanks again
