Happy, but untested

I've had the unit six weeks. It assembled as expected. It started right up, first time and every time since. I ran it for the prescribed break-in period, then again 3-4 weeks later. We had not had a power outage in that time. That will be the true test. I'm glad I spent the extra money getting a electric start model, as I was not successful in starting it with the pull rope. (I imagine a younger person could pull that rope faster, and therefore get it going that way.) I am quite happy with my investment in keeping the basement dry!

I haven't had to use it yet, but the unit is solid and appears well made. Assembly was simple, and came with a container of oil. Should be a good backup

We bought this after Hurricane Sally late 2020.. we haven't had to use it yet, thank goodness.. but assembly and ease of use is super user friendly.. We are sure that it will be of great value when our power goes out next time.
