Excellent Generator!

We bought this to replace an old generator for the upcoming hurricane season and doing yard work far from the house with electric power tools. After the 1 hour unloaded break-in and then 30 minutes using light loads we went up on the roof with 2 large leaf blowers and it handled that easily. Tree pruning, Blowers, EChainsaw, no problem. Very tight power regulation and the unit is quiet enough once you go indoors you can’t hear it running. Comes with tools and the oil fill funnel is a nice touch. Great unit.

This is my 1st generator ever and it was super easy to set up, it was a bit heavy but the wheels make it so convenient to transport.

I Bought this only for a backup for my house .... I don’t have a problem with my electric Bill so I didn’t go with Solar panels ... that loan for everything was 19k and only want it for a backup ... tired of everyone with solar still got running lights when our neighborhood goes out so I got a Generator for under 500 and have me powered wtill lights are back up. Better investment than the solar panel system

I am so happy i got my westinghouse generator it is well made and sturdy, runs smoothly without any issuses. I bought it mostly for emergencies and I feel more than ready in the event of a blackout or other emergency!

Shopped quite a bit before choosing this Westinghouse 5300. Bought it mainly for power outages, but would work great for other needs. Received it in 1 week, in perfect condition. Started first pull.
