Good power, reasonable price

Great generator

Fires up with a push of a button. Haven't lost power since I got it but i'm confident in it's ability to do what it should. No longer fear losing power. I'll have light and heat and the ability to cook food with this.

Started right up

I bought this generator, put oil and fuel in and it started right up. Relatively quiet generator.
Did a quick check and it powered my whole house and AC. Have not had it long enough to know how it holds up over time and load.

Serious Issues

I ordered the generator on line and shipped to store, got it home and went through the quick start instructions. Tried electric start and got nothing but clicking noise. Tried pull start and it was totally froze-could not pull the engine over. Took it back and ordered another. Second one got here, went through the set up process, FOB start worked, push button start worked. Tried the pull start and the rewind did not work. One pull and I had to take cover off to rewind by hand. Tried it a few times. Doesn’t rewind. Have to keep it because we need it for the week. Will be contacting customer service. Hope they can just send a new rewind. Runs great after started. Will have a better idea of how it does after powering the homestead for the next week.

Easy to set up and operate

I bought this generator as a backup in case a storm or some other event caused a power outage in my area. The instructions to mount the wheels were easy to follow and once I serviced the oil and filled it with a couple gallons of gas it started right away; and I did have to purchase a power cable to transfer electricity to my house, that would be my only criticism; the cable should have been included.
