Upon arrival the frame was bent. Without a load the unit produces 240 volts. Under load the unit produces 274 volts.

Came Damaged

Think unit was dropped. Frame bent and could not fold out the towing handle for moving it around. Had to unbolt it then put it back. Also air cleaner body had crack in it. Put gas in and it leaked all over the unit. The gas line hose had a hole in it where it connects to the sediment cup/shut off. Was able to clip the hose past the hole and reinstall. Too much trouble to return so will use as is. Other than the above it seem to run fine and started right up.

It arrived quickly! Three days to be delivered.
Easy to unpack. Clear directions for wheel assembly and start up.
I especially like the features of the three types of cable connections. House, RV, and job site connectors make this generator a versatile item. Started right up and runs quieter than expected . Would recommend this product.

I bought the 5300v for emergency due to hurricanes. Product was easy to operate. O issues turning on. Great generator. No issues. Will buy again if ever needed.

The propane/ gas is such a great option. Propane is easier and safer to store up. Than gas. Easy assembled and ran it under a load for an hour for break in and testing. So much power from suck compact unit. It's impressive.
