Just purchased this 5300sc on last day of August and it is well built. Easy to put together out of the box and the instructions are well written.

Good features versatile outlets solid warranty

I bought this to replace the old Thunder B&S emergency backup. Electric start and quiet runner. Contacted customer service for a high altitude kit being @ 7000ft. Nicely packaged with good information and instructions. Relatively compact size.

I am so happy we bought this generator. Our power went out for no reason a lot and was guaranteed to go out during a storm. We no longer have to worry about that.

Easy Operation

I bought this for back up power for projected storm power outages…haven’t had a generator for 30 plus years, this will meet my needs as I am too old to tolerate extended outages..it’s easy to operate and has multiple power ports. It’s duel fuel and comes with propane connections, an oil fill tube and spark plug wrench. I will have to purchase the necessary power cords. It has wheels and a drag handle..

Purchased for Hurricane IDALIA.
Started set up but did not need to use.
All directions for set up are very helpful, in process of running and changing oil as required. I think we'll be very happy once we need it.
