New to us,

We just bought it, it was recommended to us by a family member. We chose this one because of electric starting. Wanted duel fuel but it did not come with all 3. Our neighbor was asking about it and told him where we got it. Putting wheels on today. We feel this will work for our needs. Fridge, fan, tv, phone.

I got the gen. in good order...but after filling oil and gas in order to test it, gas was leaking from the fuel shut-off valve. Good thing I noticed it or I might have had a incendiary surprise! I hope tech and warranty support can help me out with this issue. I have already contacted them about it.

Great Product, easy to set up for all family members, not complicated to operate. Very good supply of power, enough to keep critical items energized and avoid losing the capability 100% in a black out. Good to use also in outdoors event!! Very Happy with this purchase

Very easy to assemble and use!

I just bought this item a couple of weeks ago. Once it arrived I was able to unpack it and assemble it within minutes. Following the instructions for startup it was very simple to start and test. Looking forward to its protection this hurricane season.
