exactly what I was looking for

I bought this unit to replace a 19 year old generator that finally gave out. Looking for one that would fulfill what I needed at a reasonable price. After much searching and reading reviews I picked this Westinghouse model. It arrived within a week and was easy to assemble. So far I have not had to use it under load but, have checked the output and it seems to be perfect. Living on the Gulf coast, and it being hurricane season, it will probably get a workout sometime in the near future.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just what was needed for hurricane season!

Purchased this unit to replace an older pull start unit due to MY AGE. Prompt delivery, very easy assembly, started on first try. Changed initial start up sequence - after filling with oil, attempted to start with no fuel to lubricate top end with oil. Glad I did, since unit started on FIRST attempt and loaded

I purchased this generator (5300 running watts) to replace my old one. It has great features like: electric start and a backup pull start, fuel shut off valve. It is surprisingly lighter than my old one. I look forward to many years of use.

It was not difficult to assemble the wheel kit and the instructions on how to start the generator were very clear. I did a test run and it started up immediately!
