Power when you really need it

Bought this generator in middle of power outage from a storm and boy did it bring relief as I was ablie to power my 12000 BTU reserve A/C some lights my network and still have power to spare. Helped us get through some hot miserable evenings and days.

Good Quality and Design

I have a larger WGen9500c that is 1 year old and doing well that is used for a remote well pump to water horses. I moved this model to my house as a whole house backup generator and now using the WGen5300sc to pump the horse water.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this for hurricane season and unexpectedly needed it 3 months later when the power was out for a week due to Hurricane Beryl. Worked great no thanks to the instruction manuel. If I had any mechanical knowledge I would have known it there was inaccurate steps, but it took usage and the internet to make me realize what was wrong. Knowing what I am doing now makes it a very nice generator for what we need. Highly recommended.
