Engine Not starting

We when thru the troubleshooting list but nothing works. I think we will have to call the customer service. We bought this generator new in April 2024.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Electric start fired right up!

I bought this 3 weeks ago after losing power for the 4th or 5th time in 5 years. Followed easy instructions. Put the feet and wheels on. Put the oil and gas in. Fired right up! Electric start is awesome! Finally ready for the next storm!

I purchased the WGen5300CV a week ago. Very easy step by step instructions on how to assemble and prepare for use. Came well packaged with tools required to assemble. Operators instruction manual is very easy to follow with step by step instruction on proper use and start upp.
