Electric start died

Igen4500df worked well for two years. Remote electric start was one of the key reasons for purchase. It’s quite, delivers power well and is decent on run time. Unfortunately the electric start quit working about 18 months into ownership. I always keep it plugged in and checked the battery which has 13.4 volts so that’s not the problem. Just submitted a warranty request so hopefully they can resolve the problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought to go off grid camping with my RV! Love it!! Works like a champ powers my whole rig no problem. AC only pulled 25% on it!!!

DID NOT START WHEN I FRIST GOT IT

Would not start. Such a common problem that Youtube has a video to open the case (all 4 sides) to access the choke. I had to connect an electrical clip for the automatic choke. after that is started fine.
