at pick-up, I noticed the box appeared a bit beaten, as if it were opened and resealed.Also at set-up, both battery wires were connected. I was supposed to connect a wire to the battery. Both + and - were connected. The center bottom screw on the front vibrated out and was lost.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Started right up and works great.

Only had it for one day and it started right up. After doing a little break-in I hooked up my camper and ran the AC. I even tried the microwave. The generator ran both at the same time no problem. Hope I get many years of great service. Really like the remote start, Unit looks like it is well built. I'm happy with my choice.

We love this generator. We mostly use it for powering appliances around the home during storm power outages. It's really quite compared to our old generator and we now have twice the power.

Not too happy with this unit. It starts good and runs good but will go into overload at about 15 amps. It will not run my 30 amp motorhome. Everything on the motorhome runs great on both shore power and on board generator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
