this generator will be use for camping on my trailer with AC/ microwave ECT. The Gen.arrived with a clean box and no signs of damage Gen. also no sign of damage, Looked very good.after filliing with fuel/oil and connecting the battery it started with no issues, runs great.I ran the AC and microwave at the same time it run the gen. up to 100% and the gen. never missed a beat. however I am concerned after shutting it down then restarting and getting a backfire popping sound. I am not sure if this is anything serious.other that that, It seems to be a great Machine.

Bought primarily for RV power in primitive camps. Will do a good job of running AC appliances and keeping battery charged. May get a second one to parallel power to house in case of outage. Well pleased with it. One suggestion: Owner manual says to siphon fuel from tank. Should also mention that there is a screen cup in filler neck that will have to be removed before tube can be inserted. Most people probably figure this out but a heads-up about this would be helpful. My model not listed in drop down box. It is a 2200ixlt

Best RV generator out there!

I own two other open frame generators that would wake the dead. Ashamed to even run them during a power failure much less camping. Along comes the IGEN 4500. This generator beats a Honda - regardess of what anyone else says. It's that quiet! And the power, well, it can run anything in my 38' Montana fifth wheel and not even breathe hard. The fit and finish are beyond what I had hoped for. And the front panel, well it looks like it would be at home in a space ship. Beautiful as well as extremely functional. Kudos to Westinghouse for such a fantastic generator. It's that good! In my opinion, it's superior to anything with this much power that's on the market today. I'm super impressed and very happy with my purchase. If your considering a high output inverter generator, look no further - quit shopping and net-trolling for comparisons - just buy it. You won't regret it!!

Light weight and priced right

I have a fifthwheel with two A/C units. Ran both and tryed the microwave with no problem. Very simple operation instructions. I like the extra display compared to Honda 3000. Honda needs to step it up. Price is right!
