Remote Start

I have been pondering buying a new generator for a year now and so glad I finally did. Opened the package and filled with gas and oil and this generator started on the 5th pull. The remote start feature is the best thing. So far no hiccups with about 2hrs on it. Will review in a month or two with more.

just what we needed

It was easy to unpack and prepare for use right away. Super quiet operation is an understatement even at near full load requirement! Portability and ease of moving it around with its own hand truck feature is quite nice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great generator

Great little generator. I did have some issues with it starting the compressor on my AC but it was eventually able to get the job done. Overall, Very impressed with the generator.

Outstanding Quite Generator

I purchased this inverter generator to supplement my red 2000i inverter because it just doesn't have the muscle we needed as full-time RV'ers. I am happily surprised by this generator. It is just as quiet as my previous inverter and has more than twice the starting power. I followed the Quick Start Guide to the letter and it was easy, no issues, and the iGen4500 ran on the very first try with the remote fob in less than 10 minutes from unboxing. I completed the 20-hour oil change and it had only minor signs of metal or debris in the oil. I have not had it loaded past 40% but when connected, my multimeter indicates a stable 121 VAC and the engine seems to get less loud the more it runs. I really love the remote start and the value of this unit is excellent. It arrived in perfect condition and is exactly what I expected based on my research. This is not a small generator. It is easily over 115 pounds with fuel in the tank, so understand your limits in this regard. The collapsible handle and wheels make rolling it into place an easy task. The size of this inverter makes lifting it into the bumper mounted tray a task for two normal folks or one very strong person. It will easily start my 13.5K air conditioner and run normal items such as the battery charger/converter, the coffee pot or even our air fryer, but everything has a limit and you should still be careful loading this genset at a safe level in it's recommended range.

LOOKS GREAT EASY TO USE

WE ARE NEW TO RVing AND DID THE RESEARCH FOR A GOOD EASY TO USE DEPENDABLE GENERATOR THIS WAS THE QUIETEST AND HAD GREAT FEATURES. WE CAN REMOTE START IT AND BREW A POT OF COFFEE IN THE MORNING WHILE STILL IN BED !!!!!
