Arrived in good condition, started on 3d try and ran well. Sorting out an issue with lifetime hour display with service.

I have had this Igen4500 for a month now. I am very impressed on the power generated, gas used and the quietness delivered. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs the RV A/C ran or power tools at a work site.

I purchased this for my new travel trailer. I can't believe how quiet it is. And the price is very reasonable. Just as quiet as my friends Honda and I get more power.

I just received the unit five days ago and have run a tank of gas for a breakin period. The product came well packaged and is operating without issues. Very good product a a good price

Easy set-up & super quiet!

I bought this in September 2018 to replace an old generator. I was looking for a good sized generator, but wanted something quiet. The iGen4500 is way quieter than I expected. You really can have a normal conversation standing right next to it. With my old generator, I felt embarrassed to use it after hours during power outages, but not with this generator,; I'm serious, its quiet! I love the remote starter, I can turn on and off from inside the house about 50' away. I am very happy with this generator, and I don't write many reviews...
