very pleased with my iGen4500 purchase. easy to add the oil and start right out of the box. I read a lot of reviews which stated this model has automatic choke issues, well either I got lucky or they fixed the problem because mine works fine. haven't owned it for long so my review is limited to just a few tests but very happy with it so far. looking forward to camping season.

Best bang for your buck

Exceptional workmanship. Well thought out design. There are two companies that dominate the market for campers/RV crowd and this generator came to dominate the game. Remote start, dual fuel, longer run time, quieter than stated, higher running watts so you don't have to worry about what you can run in your camper. I couldn't ask for anything more. Oh, and have the price of the competition with the same quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Powerful Gen

I bought this to use for my RV and around my property for running power tool and air compressors. So far it has been very strong and powers everything I've had to use. I had two 2000k generator before and they couldn't handle the load I needed. So far I'm impressed and I'm looking forward to using it with my RV.

QUIET, EASY START AND GREAT FEATURES

Just received it so I'll just comment on what I know. Easy Start with push button on generator itself of with key fob. Very quiet. Great features like oil light, gas level and gas shut off are the features I like.

Love the remote start!

We have had this since february. It runs great and is so quiet. We run our residential refrigerator in our RV. We can shut it off when we are in bed with the remote start.

very hard to get to the drain plug. the door cover to the oil is to small. make it bigger to access the drain plug. there is no diagram or mention of drain plug in the owners manual . love the remote control. reason why I bought this gen.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. You may refer to page 16 in your Owner's Manual to read more about adding/changing your engine oil with access to the oil drain plug. Figure 12 will show you a diagram of the oil drain bolt and rubber oil plug. Hopefully that has helpful for you!
