Great Features with all the power I need

I brought this to power travel trail when off grid. Has sufficient power to run all the appliances 15000 BTU AC, TV, etc.

This is an initial impression since I just received the generator, set it up, & tested it to power my fifth wheel rv. I've had 2 Honda eu2000i gens run in parallel for the last 10 years of fulltime travel. This iGen4500 is to replace the Hondas. It has slightly more power than the 2 Hondas together, but with electric start, it is much more convenient to use.My main concern was if this would be as quiet as the Hondas. I carry & use the gen in my truck bed. I tested both the Hondas & the iGen4500 in my truck bed with a decibel meter, both at idle & while powering my air conditioner. I was surprised to find the iGen4500 produced the exact same decibel levels as the Hondas under both conditions. I'm really looking forward to the quietness & the convenience of electric remote start.

Clean Power w/ Great Features Perfect for Backup!

After extensive research on an affordable emergency backup generator for our home, we decided on an inverter generator instead. Newer energy efficient furnaces (the HVAC board) require clean power (THD <3%). Also the clean power this inverter produces would be plenty for our essentials (i.e. two furnaces, two fridges, sump pump and few lights), on top of this it is super quiet. So far so good and we couldn't be happier with our recent purchase!

Well packaged, good instructions. Added the oil that was supplied with it, connected the battery, added gas and it started right up. It runs quiet and had no problem powering our RV, including the 15,000 AC. And it is lightweight enough for my husband and I to move around as needed - loading and unloading from the back of our truck.

Had this for about a month now, and I am very happy with the purchase. Getting older I can no long manhandle heavy equipment so the wheels and retractable arm are a blessing in disquise. Easy to start and gets decent fuel consumption.

Exceeded expectations!

I used this item on a recent camping trip and rain it for 42+ hours straight non stop. It powered my 32’ travel trailer. I ran the a/c the entire time. Also while running the a/c I ran lights, water pump, microwave, coffee maker, baby monitors, sound machine, and charged electric devices. I was on the fence about getting this product as it’s have the price of a Honda. Personally I think it runs just as quite as the Honda. As long as I get 5-10 years use out of this generator I will be happy!
