So quiet!

We bought this generator for hurricane season. I started it up to try it out and it was sooooo quiet. I think our neighbors will thank us.

Automatic choke issues

I purchased this generator a month ago. First time took it camping it started twice and then did not start. It would go through the two start cycles and not start. I contacted customer support and was told to tap the carb because of a possible stuck float. When I removed the cover one of the plastic alignment pins broke or was broke. I soon noticed that there was a screw on the automatic choke that was not just loose but extended out about and inch. I tightened all the screws and and it started up and has worked great ever since. It just sucks that I had to work on a brand new item and in the process the side cover broke. If it were not for the choke issue I would have given this item 5 stars. It currently has been running excellent and the remote is a great option when camping.

Easy to use and quiet

The setup and start for this generator couldn't be easier. The box came with everything you'll need, including the engine oil. Just connect the battery, add the oil, and fill w/unleaded gasoline. Once the controls are set for start, it fired up with the push of a button - the electric start is a great thing! (It does have a manual start pull cord if needed). It's very quiet; you can have a conversation next to it when it's running!

Awesome little generator

This unit arrived last week. The instructions were helpful, but the online reviews that I read before ordering were even better. Like, do NOT put the entire bottle of oil in the unit as it will have a bit in it already. Started right up and ran good. The hardest part of everything was finding the serial number because the decal was low enough that it couldn't be seen until picking up the unit. Very quite, smooth running and I hope I don't need it for hurricane season, but if I do, I believe I can count on it to be a great help.
