I'm at 7000' for the summer and Westinghouse Customer Service was happy to direct me to a high altitude kit to make my unit run better. Hasn't arrive yet, but I have faith in their team after talking to them. Kind, friendly and reassuring.

Just bought this and it started up right away. Super quiet and hooked up to Toy hauler and tried all accessories and no problems at all

Great RV Generator

Just bought on June 18th. Great generator...not too noisy and has enough power to run my 15000. BTU AC along with all my other rv appliances at the same time.
