I purchased this before this year’s hurricane season. It started with the first push of the electric start. I did a mock run of two freezers and two refrigerators all plugged in and for two hours it never had to work hard. It is quiet as advertised. I am very satisfied. It met my expectations.
Living in NC, need to be extra prepared. Just bought this unit based on other positive reviews. Added oil, plugged in battery and it started right up on very first try. Build quality looks good and everything is logically laid out. It's also very quiet for a generator. Time will tell on durability and reliability, but confidence is high as this point.

Best Inverter / Generator because it has ample start up power for a 30' Trailer with 30 Amp Service. Fuel efficient allows for extended operation on 3 gallons of gas. With reduced load easily over 15 hours of Ultra Quiet Run Time. WELL DONE WESTINGHOUSE!!!
Haven't really had a chance to use it to its fullest extent, do I can only rate it based on ease of simple use.
Pretty simple to operate. Make sure to read the instructions first to be sure the oil level is correct before starting, but be careful when adding the "initial oil". Although the manual states several times that the product is shipped without oil in it, mine did have oil in it when it arrived. I didn't realize this so, when I followed the instructions in the manual telling my had to add the initial oil or risk permanently damaging the engine, the now excess oil I added dripped all over the ground. So, my advice, make sure the dipstick is dry indicating that there is no oil in the engine. If not, maybe add a little to see if it seeps out before adding the whole bottle.
Just arrived. Followed instruction ie, oil, battery hookup and has. Fired up and really quite too Bought it to power home when power failure happens. Can't wait for power failure.
Has many good features and a full 30 amps of running power. Love the led readout of fuel, power used and run time left. It is very quiet. The product manual is dated and images are of an earlier model. Also, when filling the oil they say to use the whole bottle. That overfilled mine and made a mess. Guess some may have been left in at the factory. Other than that everything is good. Time will tell on endurance.
