The Good - This unit is ultra quiet! Long runtime. Love the display!
The Bad - My unit arrived with scratches all over the plastic housing due to handling.
The Ugly - Oil changes are difficult due to the location of the oil drain plug. Westinghouse can improve this by making the oil change door opening larger.

I love everything about the iGen4500 so far. It was super easy to set up and get going. It has awesome features that make it simply and easy to run and use.

I just got this today through FedEx and I am so excited. I added oil, connected the battery, and added gasoline. I slowly pulled the starting cord just to get the oil moving around before I actually started the generator. After that I turned it on and used the remote start to start the generator and wow!! It immediately fired up and was soooo quiet it surprised me. I’ve read a ton of reviews on many inverter generators and this seemed to be the best for the wattage output. I can not wait to hook it to our camper this weekend. I am beyond excited about this generator, it seems very well built and I haven’t seen one blemish on it yet so far like some have seen when they unboxed it. I’m impressed so far and so are the kids and wife lol.

I bought this generator two weeks ago and I love it. Has all the features you would want in a generator. Lots of power, big gas tank for long run times. Quiet, remote start and a nice tow handle.
