Works well so far

Set up was very straightforward and simple. Battery was charged enough to start electronically as delivered and started right up. I don't have a sound meter but after reading how quiet this unit was to be, I felt that it ran a bit noisier than I had expected but certainly acceptable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very quiet! Seems to be designed with safety in mind, exhaust and hot surfaces are well away from controls. Super layout of the control panel!
Doesn't look heavy but it is so use caution when unpacking or moving. Checking for the correct oil level could be easier. Very difficult to see and judge the correct level.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this specifically for my slide in truck camper. The unit allows me to run everything that is electric especially the AC Unit. This is the perfect unit for mobility.

Boxed well. No apparent damage in shipping. Gauge panel laid out well and easy to navigate. Have not started yet, but appears to be a very nicely manufactured product. Already recommended to friends.

Started up instantly on first try. Runs my RV 13.5 BTU AC, micorowave and lights simultaneously with no problem. No issues at all as of first use.

Operational Ease

Product is as described. Had issues with the auto choke function initially. Thankfully I found a service bulletin online. Seems the wiring can jar lose during shipment which affects the electronics. Fortunately I'm mechanically inclined and was able to reconnect the wiring following the service notice. Once done the gen works nicely. Would suggest this element of the equipment be modified to reduce shipping failure point.
