Super quiet

Only had this a couple weeks but extremely satisfied with quick delivery as ease of setup. Instructions do say to add entire bottle of oil that is included with the generator. Although I found if you add entire bottle it will slightly overfill it. Runs great and extremely quiet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this to power my 33ft 5th wheel when I’m not plugged into shore power and this generator works like a charm. Plenty of power, great features and remote start!

Good so far, maybe a slight problem!

I purchased this after several months of research for what would meet our needs and because the reviews were very good, also got the best price I had seen for several months. I had read some reviews with instances of damaged generators upon delivery. Mine was in good shape, a few minor scratches, nothing to detract from its overall appearance and no obvious damage. I read all the product materials included and made sure all items that are supposed to be included were present. It was easy to hook up the battery and I took extra time to add the oil, so as not to overfill or spill. I also plugged the battery charger in for about 15 mins to make sure it had enough juice to start. I went to the gas station and bought fresh gas and also added fuel stabilizer to the gas can. I followed the starting directions to the letter. I used the electric push button start and it turned over immediately, but did not start. I waited several seconds and tried it again, started right up. It is fairly quiet(there's no such thing as a whisper mode) and I know that we will be satisfied when it is 20 feet away from our Travel Trailer. I ran it for several minutes and then switched on the Efficiency Mode, it went to a lower idle speed as expected. I then added a load to it with a space heater, which made it speed up a little bit, not much. I shut it down with the remote and restarted it also with the remote, worked as specified. I checked the digital display with the load on it and it registered a load but it was not showing a fuel level, a time remaining to run or total time running. I reviewed the literature and noticed it is supposed to be an "Automatic Rotating Data Number Display", I did not see that happening. Unfortunately, that is one of the important features that helped me decide to purchase this unit. I will contact the Service Hotline to help me trouble shoot this issue. If that is an easy fix I would be willing to give it 5 Stars- Excellent rating, but until I know how this can be rectified I only give it 4 stars.

Purchased this generator to run our food truck. Runs quiet, so easy to use. We previously bought several generators but nothing compared to the great quality and performance of this one! Highly recommended

Great features and performance

I did a lot of research before selecting the IGen4500 for use with my travel trailer. The first time I used it was in the mountains at an altitude of 8,500 feet. It ran great without any problems at this higher altitude. I am so happy and very satisfied with this generator. I highly recommend it!

We bought the iGen 4500 last month and have already taken it on multiple camping trips. It runs our 29’ trailer without any issues and we love the remote start.
