The features on this generator are excellent and is not as loud as my older generator. It worked well during Hurricane Sally.

Missing parts

"Plug-n-Play" Making the claim that everything I need to get started, not. There was no engine oil or funnel and this was a factory sealed box. Let's hope it gets better from here, but it is not starting out well. I checked every possible cavity from the oil fill opening, the battery access cavity, and even the engine access cover.

Easy to operate

I bought this inverter a week ago for back up, got enough power for my 2 portable ac, maybe 3. It start right away, the remote start is a plus and the fuel off, not leaving fuel in the carburetor.
I would recommend this to a friend!
